Our Story
We are partners in life and in business. We have an immense passion for property and It was actually Luke’s property chat-up lines in the early years that brought us together today..!
Luke
After completing a four year BSc (Hons) degree in Sound Light and Live Event Production, Luke co-founded Velocity Event Tech Ltd in 2004. This was an audio visual production hire company he ran with his business partner for 9 years before chasing the sun and moving to Australia with Joss in 2014. This gave him valuable leadership, marketing, finance and communication business skills he still applies to all his businesses today.
Joss
Joss has a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science with Business. She has built up an impressive career through service management and cloud sales at Fujitsu, RXP, Fruition Partners, DXC, and now at Salesforce Australia who offer customer relationship management solutions that bring customers and companies together. This has given Joss great relationship, negotiation and sales skills that are all very applicable to her business today.
These sound great on paper, but both roles are time hungry, so we decided to educate ourselves in all things property, wealth creation, and turn what started out as a hobby and shared interest, into a career.
Why
We wanted more time and freedom, so we sought out an education in property and personal development. As a result, we developed a changed mindset and new business. We started surrounding ourselves with people who have already achieved what we wanted to achieve. Now we want to give back and help others to achieve the same.
