What else are we working on
We are building two dual-occupancy properties in Brisbane, Australia. A '“dual-key” (as they are commonly known) is a single block of land with two dwellings on one title, either attached or detached. Ours are attached, and are made up of 3 bed and a 2 bed in West Brisbane and a 3 bed and a 1 bed just South West of Brisbane.
Why
There is huge demand and under supply to these areas, as people are migrating from expensive cities like Sydney, to Queensland’s stable economy, affordable housing and all-round high standard of living. We see a strong trend, for young families wanting new, modern and affordable residences in the 2-3 bed homes and first time renters, young professionals and older adults wanting independence and fresh starts in the 1 and 2 bed dwellings.
