Why Invest With Us?
Terrapinn Properties focus on property investments primarily in the UK. We have actively been investing in properties since 2003. Our property journey really kicked off in 2016 when we connected with Kevin Green and took the opportunity to be mentored by him and his team. Our stand out mentors have been Gordon Burke and Peri Sophos at Performance Properties.
In 2018 we both took further training through Legacy Education Alliance which is based on Robert Kiyosaki's book “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”. Legacy are one of the leading property education companies in the UK where Kevin was also educated and then went on to teach. Here we connected with Hagar Hatchard of Hatchard Homes and he became our mentor.
In 2019, we decided to invest in the Australian property market and connected with Graeme Holm of Infinity Group Australia as our Australian mentor and advisor. We are currently building dual-ocupancancy properties, leveraging Graeme’s strategies to pay off both mortgages within 10 years and helping provide much needed housing in an area of under supply.

We live by the phrase that you will never go broke from investing in yourself and over the last five or so years, we have collectively spent £££££ on education, training and mentors to reach our goals by learning the best, from the best. We now proudly own a growing BTL portfolio across two countries. It has been an incredible start to the journey so far and we are now looking to investment partners for the next stage, so we can leverage our knowledge and experience to help build your wealth.
